After steering QPR from bottom in the Championship to their current position, John Gregory is without doubt a good manager.
But, in the aftermath of the Cardiff game, it was revealed what a great guy and top QPR bloke he is. When a QPR World reporter told him that QPR captain Marcus Bignot had suggested that Gregory was the most important signing of the season, JG let out a sob and had to walk away from the camera. Viewers then saw Gregory try and collect himself, before ending the interview.
The passion and emotion was there for all to see.
Top bloke.
